Handy Tool Kit Series – Rags

This is another post to our continuing series of what to carry in your Handy Tool Kit while running a real estate company.  Founder/Managing Partner Lamar Hunt Jr. recommends that you carry several rags with you.  Oftentimes, you will find something that needs caulked, glued or painted.  Having rags to lie down and protect your carpet and tile can be a huge money saver.  Also, the rags can be used for cleaning up the excess caulk or paint or even cleaning your tools before putting them back in your car.  Occasionally, you may have to pick up a bug or something dirty and a rag will come in handy for that purpose.  Sooner or later in real estate, you will run into something nasty and a good rag will be a lifesaver.  Make sure you include several in your tool kit and don’t forget to replenish them when you throw one away.  For more real estate tips, see our blog at https://lorettoproperties.com/.  You can also call us at 913-236-2902 if you have a property to sell.
